Returns & Excanges - Please choose carefully as ELUSIV accept Returns & Refunds for change of mind purchases. ELUSIV reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds. Returns or exchanges not accepted on sale; final markdown or promotional items.
An item being exchanged from our online store must strictly be within 7 days of payment and you will need to provide return shipping at your own cost and also shipping directed back to oneself . Please provide an addition pre paid shipping bag with your returning item to 135a Wollongong Rd, Arncliffe NSW 2205. If no additional bag is provided we will not ship out your new item until shipping has been charged at the customers expense. Any time delay due to customer not abliging to ELUSIV's terms & conditions is not ELUSIV's responsibility.
An item being returned due to a potential fault (stitching, zippers, or fabric etc) ELUSIV may first decide to send back to the manufacturer to investigate the fault further.
ELUSIV is not liable for faulty stitching, zippers, fabric or incorrectly labelled or sized items although every effort has been made to the best of our knowledge to ensure you are happy with your purchase
Please note, refunds on potential faults / incorrectly chosen items is at ELUSIV's discretion
Shipping / International Shipping services are provided by sendle delivery service nationally. All of ELUSIVs products are subject to availability within ELUSIV's store. In the unfortunate event that an item is not available ELUSIV will contact you as soon as possible to give you the best option. Before purchasing any item being sent outside of Australia it is best to first either email or call ELUSIV to determine freight charges by our provider.
Missing Parcels. Please kindly contact for any parcels missing in transit and our investigation team will do everything in our means to help locate your items. Please note ELUSIV takes no liability for incorrectly labeled and or missing parcels. You are able to pay for extra cover on parcels both domestic and international however please note missing items with insurance can take up to 60 days to refund via Australia Post Services.
